Shortly after purchasing my Omnia, I began receiving notifications from "OZMAIL". After 1 unsatisfying call to Verizon, I turned to the WWW for an answer. I learned that this was a notification sent (from somewhere) that I had a new email message in my Hotmail account. I eventually arrived at a satisfying resolution via my own research and Verizon support. What I learned is that Verizon in general offers exceptional support AND, if you keep calling with the same issue, you might eventually end up with a tech that has more knowledge than another tech. Such was the case here. I believe it was on my third or fourth call that I just happened upon a tech who went right to it and immediately resolved the issue!
