Howdy. Dennis. Indianapolis, IN. Razr to Omnia. Longtime Verizon customer. Omnia owner for a bit over 1 week. Issues? Sure, however, I think that those who have posted negative reviews and comments both within this forum and elsewhere were simply not "fair" in their assessments for one reason or another. My angle is that I think the phone is a masterful creation of electromechanical engineering from case design to the technologies packaged into it. I've considered the issues that I've had with the product challenges to work through and, with the help of awesome Verizon support, have worked through the issues, consequently gaining even more appreciation for the Omnia.
