		<description>If it didn&#039;t use to be that way, try to figure out what changed.  Did you install any new software - anything at all?  Did you flash new firmware?  Did you configure wifi/bluetooth connections?  Add a headset?  Anything that changed around the time your phone started being sluggish will help troubleshoot it.</description>

		<description>after being idle  and woke up, my phone seems to hesitate on any actions for about 5 to 10 seconds. I&#039;ve had my phone for about 4 months. It didnt use to be that way.  any way to fix this . No programs are running either</description>
